This year brought a baby boom of bottlenose dolphins to the Gulf of Trieste, Slovenia! The Morigenos team observed several new calves during the season, marking a significant and exciting addition to the local dolphin population.

OCEAN GARDNER x ClubOcean®
Ocean Gardner continues to do a fantastic job of maintaining and planting more and more corals. This month it was coral spawning, a unique and magnificent spectacle. What's more, their team took part in a training course on the economic challenges of protecting the oceans - a very important factor in educating local fishermen. 🥚🪸

Beach Clean Up
R.O.L.E Foundation x ClubOcean®
On November 14, 2024, 55 volunteers from our friend the R.O.L.E. Foundation collected 226.71 kg of garbage on Kelan beach. Together, we work tirelessly each month to restore the island's beaches to their pristine state, creating a safe and supportive environment for marine life to thrive. 🏝️💛

Turtle Conservation
DEKAFOK x ClubOcean®
Now that the turtle nesting season has ended, the Dekafok association raised awareness among over 3,547 people this month about the importance of keeping beaches clean by organizing a beach cleanup in Turkey. Plastic bags and small waste left behind by tourists remain the leading cause of death for turtles in the region, underscoring the vital need for such initiatives to protect marine life
