We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (and any portion or content of the Service) without notice and at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any change in price, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


 

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY

The delivery time is 7 to 15 working days from the date of shipment. This duration is indicative and corresponds to the usual average but can vary according to the periods of the year and the local subtleties related to the address of each customer.

Unless otherwise stated on the Site during the ordering process or in the description of the Products ordered, CLUB OCEAN undertakes in all cases to deliver the Products within a maximum of thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the contract with a Consumer Client.

Any delay in delivery in relation to the date or time indicated to the Consumer Client when ordering or, in the absence of indication of a date or time when ordering, exceeding thirty (30) days from the conclusion of the contract may result in the cancellation of the sale at the initiative of the Consumer Client, upon written request by the Consumer Client by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, if after having enjoined the Seller to carry out the delivery, the Seller has not done so. The Consumer Customer will then be refunded, at the latest in the fourteen (14) days following the date on which the contract was denounced, of the totality of the paid sums. This clause is not intended to apply if the delay in delivery is due to a case of force majeure.



SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, reduce or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions could include orders placed by or from the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we change an order or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you at the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, may appear to be from merchants, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate order and account information for all orders placed on our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we may complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
