ClubOcean supports Fundación CRAM in its efforts to conserve and protect marine mammals in the Mediterranean. 🌊🐬
Fundación CRAM is a non-profit organization based in Spain, dedicated to the research, preservation and awareness of marine mammals in the Mediterranean region. Since its creation in 1998, Fundación CRAM has been committed to protecting these emblematic species and their marine habitats.
The association conducts in-depth scientific studies to understand the behavior, ecology and health of marine mammals in the Mediterranean. This research provides essential information to develop effective conservation measures and help inform species management decisions.
Fundación CRAM also plays an important role in rescue and rehabilitation operations for marine mammals in distress. Their team of experts works tirelessly to rescue injured animals, treat them and reintegrate them into their natural environment whenever possible.
Sales of whales bracelets in May 2023 have made it possible to fund a €450 donation to C.R.A.M Fundación.
This funding will help support their research, rescue and conservation programs for marine mammals in the Mediterranean.
