Return & Refund Policy

Article 1 - Returns

Our returns policy lasts 14 days and only allows for the exchange of the returned product. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer and ask us by email for the address to which to return your package.



Article 2 - Exchanges (if any)

We do not accept any refund requests, the only option is to exchange the returned product or credit the value of the returned item.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on whether to approve or reject your exchange request.



Article 3 - Exchanges (if any)

It is not possible to cancel a current order or to refund an item that is in the process of being delivered.



Article 4 - Promotional products (if any)

Only items at current prices can be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are not accepted.



Article 5 - Damaged items (if any)

We will only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to contact@clubocean.co



Article 6 - No delivery possible

The delivery of our products is only possible at the customer's home if the customer has correctly indicated the address and if the name indicated at the time of the order corresponds to the name on the mailbox. Also, the home must have an accessible mailbox that is large enough to hold a 30X20X10 cm parcel.

Delivery in a relay point or post box is considered impossible.

Any failure to comply with these rules will make the customer and the private delivery service external to CLUB OCEAN solely responsible in the event of loss or delivery problems.

CLUB OCEAN can in no way be held responsible for a delivery failure due to an error of indication at the time of the order.



Article 7 - Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than £50, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
